At iFix, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping on all of our devices.

In-Store Product Shipping:

  • For items marked as local and in-store, we recommend coming into your local iFix store to process the order. 

  • Items require 1-2 day processing.

  • Shipping prices and details will be provided in-store per each individual item.

  • For any questions on details for in-store inventory, please call or email your local iFix store.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $50 within the US.

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of $5 for orders under $50 within the US.

  • International Shipping: We do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Shipping Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method.

 

Potential Service Interruptions:

  • In the event a service interruption occurs, iFix will do everything in our power to ensure it is resolved. 

  • If the interruption is with a shipping partner, iFix will file a claim and do our best to replace with the same or similar item.

Returns:

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.
