Job Summary: We are seeking an individual with hands-on technical expertise repairing phones, computers, and other electronics. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of phone and computer repair, excellence customer service, and a passion for technology. Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair a variety of electronic devices, including iPhones, Samsung, iPads, Laptops, and other devices. • Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple understanding manner. • Provide repair and replacement estimates to customers. • Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed iFix quality standards. • Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment. • Order & pick up inventory as needed from local suppliers • Answer phone calls to the store with a professional and friendly demeanor. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service at all times. • Keep track of all devices and inventory while safeguarding all store stock. • Utilize the point-of-sale system to maintain an accurate record of customer information and the real-time status of each repair. • Ensure the repair shop is well-organized, clean, and all tools and equipment are maintained. • Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and repair techniques. Qualifications: • Previous experience in phone and computer repair (required). •Excellent problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • 5-star customer service • Ability to commute to store and work flexible hours • High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.

Is there weekend work? Yes, we’re a retail store and our busiest days are Fri–Sun (schedules posted in advance).
 

How soon can I grow? Hit quality + customer goals, earn bonuses, and we promote from within.

How old do I need to be? You must be 18 years of age or older for all roles, except for the student intern roles.
