Do I need to have previous franchising experience?While having previous experience is helpful, it is not required. Our franchise program will cover everything from A to Z to ensure your success no matter your experience level.

What is an ideal franchisee profile?We have found there are multiple profiles that can be successful at iFix. Ideally you bring either hands-on experience in the tech repair industry or a solid business foundation. Our model has proven successful for both owners wanting to manage the store and owners wanting to add another company to their portfolio.

What are the costs?There are 3 costs to become an iFix franchisee: (1) An initial fixed franchise fee to acquire all the business materials (2) Capital to acquire building, inventory, and equipment (3) Ongoing royalties to cover business operations, marketing and other items.

What is the process?Start the process by filling out the online form. Our team will review your details and reach out to send you an NDA so we can dive deeper into the details. From there, we will work together to see if there is an opportunity that matches what you are looking for. There is no set timeline as every owner is different but we are flexible to fit whatever your needs may be.

When are your store hours?We are open 11-6 Monday through Friday and 11-5 on Saturday. Our holiday hours are posted on Google. If you have any questions or requests after-hours, feel free to leave a voicemail and we will get back to you soon!

Do you all work with businesses?Yes, we work with many small, medium, and large businesses. We have a program designed to save them additional time & money. For more details, click on 'For Business' tab at the top of the web page.

How long will my repair take?We can complete most repairs same-day. To get an exact time, please bring your device in to the store so we can give you a comprehensive estimate. To speed up repair times, you can book your repair online and walk-ins are always welcome.
